SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays Orders will only be dispatched or released for pickup once processing is complete Once an order enters processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible. 

Shipping Options, Limitations & Courier Responsibility

We currently offer the following delivery and pickup options:

J&T Express as our primary nationwide courier Lalamove for same-day delivery (where available)

Self-pickup from our office for customers located in Lipa City

Important notes:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch

Once your order has been successfully handed over to the courier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the courier. While we carefully prepare and pack every order, MatchaMoments.ph is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or mishandling that may occur during transit.

All delivery-related concerns—including delays, lost parcels, or damages—must be coordinated directly with the courier, as they manage the shipment once dispatched. Refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for courier-related incidents beyond our control.
