Refunds are issued as soon as they are approved and processed by our system. Please note:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered Refund processing requests are handled within 1–2 business days Actual posting time depends entirely on your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or card issuer)

MatchaMoments.ph does not control refund posting timelines and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Refund Escalations

For refunds requiring further investigation: Customers must coordinate directly with their payment provider Once a refund is released, MatchaMoments.ph cannot intervene or act on behalf of the customer
